I lived and
worked in Barbados for 2 years from 2008 to 2010, during this time I worked for
an advertising company which ran a similar proposal where the small local
businesses community can advertise on a small budget with the best result with
a membership scheme
I’ve added a
website instead of a local magazine and a funding raising side to the proposal.
I’ve also have source affordable computers, tablets and smart phones. For
member will offer a discounted price.
